Austin's Alley is located about mid way in the middle bottom on the west ridge. When first found there were many rubs in the area. It was hunted for the first time in 2006 season. Although no deer were shot many times deer were heard and once a spike stayed under the stand for about 45 minutes. The stand itself needs to be moved more toward the bottom where the deer pass. There is a cross over at the bottom where the deer travel from ridge to ridge.
2006 Season: No shots fired

Pic # 1 2006 set up I could hear deer moving below me but I never saw a deer here. Only one deer was sighted from this stand and that was a spike who followed a trail of Hyper Heat and stayed there licking where a little was poured on the ground. The entire area has fresh rubs just like last year. I just need to narrow down where I am going to have success.

Above: is where I would like to put the archery stand for the 2007-08 season. The picture is looking uphill (West) toward the tree I would like to put the stand in.
