#2 is a 2.5 in my book. Too small of body for 3.5 and antlers are 2.5 average.

I agree his body is 2.5 yo, his rack is very good for a 2.5. If this holds true all of the bucks so far this year are all impressive, must be all the goodies i'm putting out. maybe i'm under estimating the genetics in my area, could take me another year or two of pics to fully understand what i'm working with. If #2 is 2.5yo then that puts pot'na at 1.5 yo for shore and he looks good at 1.5 looks like he may fork.

He definately looks younger but I wouldn't hang a yearling class on him until you get a picture nezxt to a known deer. His body thickness looks almost the same as #2 and he is never standing exactly the same in the pictures I have seen. If he is a yearling He is a good one, but not in the same class as Loverboy

I have pics with both side byside the head on # 2 is much bigger I find hard to believe they are the same age and he stands much taller.

Still think he is a 2.5 and don't know if he is an official 8 pointer from those pics. Still a good buck, but will probably carry that short G3 for a few more years.

Ok been watching this guy grow, first pic on 6-24-10 it's been 3 months he shed his velvet on 9-22-10. He is a little thinner horned then i had him but look at this guy he is great, and if he is 2.5 yo he is grrrrrrrrrrreat. Post a reply let me know what yall think how old ,how good etc. All pics above are the deer known as #2,he was the second buck pic of the year, so be the name #2 tryed to match him up from last years pics no luck so the name #2 stuck.

I think he is a great 2.5 yo. Could be a little older but he is definately a decent buck to go after.
